Conditions for all condos:
* All rooms have queen size bed.
* A 30% deposit is required.
* Cancellation fees: 50% of your deposit is withheld for a cancellation occuring 2 weeks and more, before arrival date.
* The whole deposit is retained when cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of arrival date.
* If cancellation the same day of arrival, the complete amount will be charged.
